Cancellation Policy

Booking & Additional Fees Policy 💄 Payments & Bookings Full payment (100% of the service) is required to secure your booking. Payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred once to another date within one month, subject to availability. Reschedules beyond one month will require a new booking and payment. ✨ Additional Fees (payable at the end of your service): Early or late bookings (before 6:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.): $50 AUD Special dates (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day): $50 AUD Travel beyond 30 km from our Gold Coast studio: base fee $50 AUD, plus $10 AUD for every additional 10 km. 📌 This policy ensures fairness, commitment, and proper planning for both you and our team, so we can deliver the best possible experience on your special day.
