Booking & Additional Fees Policy

💄 Payments & Bookings

• Full payment (100% of the service) is required to confirm and secure your booking.

• All payments are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred once to another date within one month, subject to availability.

• Reschedules beyond one month will require a new booking and full payment.

✨ Additional Fees (payable at the end of your service):

​

• Early or late bookings (before 6:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.): $50 AUD

• Special dates (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day): $50 AUD

• Travel beyond 30 km from our Gold Coast studio: $50 AUD base fee, plus $10 AUD for every additional 10 km.
